NAAC offers three ways to earn your Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) Certification

1 | CAC Online**
Start anytime: Access the course 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from your office or the comforts of your home. A computer, the internet and an email address are the only requirements.
*This course is best viewed using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
Self-paced: The online course consists of approximately 18 hours of training comprised of lessons, quizzes and the final exam. Access to the online Learning Management System expires one year from date of first login.
Cost: $1,155 per person with discounts for multiple enrollments at one time.
Discounts: 2-10 enrollees $1,095 per person; 11-20 enrollees $1,035 per person; 21+ enrollees $975 per person.
Materials: Download and print course materials directly from Learning Management System.
2 | CAC Live** CAC Live Dates and Locations
Interactive Learning: Training in various locations throughout the US each year. Complete program in three days and walk away with your certificate in hand.
Cost: $1595-$1895
Materials: NAAC will provide electronic course documents for student to download/print. Final exam administered on third day.
3 | Hosted CAC Live**
Bring the training to you! Certify your entire staff in the comforts of your own training facility. This option is available to large organizations that employ many billing/coding professionals, or for state EMS associations that want to host a CAC Live training for its members. A 40 student minimum* is required to conduct the program. *Required student minimum is subject to change at any time.
Cost: $1,595 per person with discounts available.
Materials: NAAC will provide electronic course documents for student to download/print. Final exam administered on third day.
